Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 10 business days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Mean Coffee Mugs does not accept returns of goods, such as but not limited to coffee mugs, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
If the return is a result of our error (For example you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) contact us using the Contact Us form. We know sometimes mistakes happen and we look forward to working with you to find an amicable solution.
If there is an issue with your order don't hesitate to Contact Us with your order number and details about the product issue. We will respond within 24-48 business hours.

Currently we only ship within the US. All mugs are made to order. Orders process in 2 - 5 business days after submission. Shipping on average takes 2 - 5 more business days. On average allow 10 days from start to finish.
No rush orders. At this time we do not offer expedited processing or shipping of orders so be conscious of the timeline above when ordering and especially around the holidays.
When you place an order, we will send you an email confirmation once your order has been shipped. If you created an account you can always log in and track your order status there.
